Job Summary

As a key member of Team One, the Analytics and Operations Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency through data-driven insights and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven resource planning processes to optimize staffing and workflow
  • Analyze historical trends and benchmarks to inform future resource allocation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
  • Design and implement reporting dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
  • Provide expert-level analytical support to drive business decisions and strategy
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field
  • At least five years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, analysis, charting, and automation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Experience aggregating, cleaning, and parsing large datasets
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify errors or conflicts in data feeds and provide thoughtful solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with marketing or advertising agencies
  • Knowledge of staffing software development and implementation
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical insights to non-technical stakeholders
