Scoot Education is seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team as a Manager of Recruitment Optimization. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategies and processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the needs of our partner schools and educators
  • Manage and optimize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to align on supply and demand, ensuring we have the right educators in the right classrooms
  • Provide coaching and training to recruitment teams on best practices and industry trends
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform data-driven decision making
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume temporary recruitment, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with experience in managing direct reports
  • Expertise in building and maintaining ATS systems, with a focus on user experience and efficiency
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform recruitment strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
