Job Description:

At RadNet, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and leading the way in radiology. As a Workflow Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing our business processes to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Observe and analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to management.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and implement changes to enhance efficiency and system functionality.
  • Partner with onsite management to review and implement new workflows, policies, and processes that promote efficiency and increase system functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of workflow activities, including changes, recommendations, and resolutions.
  • Participate in and/or lead various projects as identified by the Strategic Initiatives Project Manager, which may have an impact on a single site or be company-wide.
  • Provide training to staff on newly established and existing workflows.
  • Support and work closely with the Clinical Operations Team, Regional, and Site Operations Management, as needed.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing assistance, and recommending solutions to meet the needs of the center.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in workflow coordination and/or administrative support.
  • Previous experience in a site and/or scheduling is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize and meet competing deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proven ability to work both independently or effectively as a team with a variety of healthcare specialists.
  • Requires strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Requires the ability to interact effectively with doctors, patients, vendors, peers, staff, and management.
  • Adaptability, willingness to relocate, and/or travel as needed.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $28.00 per hour.
  • $300.00 car allowance.
