**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with various departments to analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and control weaknesses, providing actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
- Participate in analyzing business processes to identify key control points and perform testing of controls to assess their effectiveness and identify deficiencies.
**Process Improvement and Control:**
- Evaluate internal processes and controls to ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Monitor, track, and document findings, recommendations, action plans, and the implementation of control enhancements and process improvements.
**Documentation and Training:**
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, control procedures, and process improvements.

**Qualifications:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools is a plus.
