  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer interaction is positive and memorable, providing a personalized shopping experience that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention, to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Sales and Profitability: Drive sales growth and profitability by analyzing sales data, identifying trends and opportunities, and implementing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure that the store is always fully stocked and that inventory levels are optimized.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including window displays, in-store displays, and visual merchandising fixtures, to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies, including monitoring and controlling inventory, to minimize losses and protect company assets.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to sales associates, including product knowledge, customer service skills, and sales techniques, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of leadership experience in a retail environment, including managing a team of sales associates.
  • Customer Service Experience: 1 year of customer service experience in a retail environment, including providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Inventory Management Experience: 1 year of inventory management experience, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Visual Merchandising Experience: 1 year of visual merchandising experience, including creating and implementing visual displays and fixtures.
  • Loss Prevention Experience: 1 year of loss prevention experience, including monitoring and controlling inventory and implementing loss prevention strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years of retail management experience, including managing a team of sales associates and driving sales growth and profitability.
