The Role:

The Site Supervisor will oversee the local implementation, guidance, management, and oversight of assets related to designated projects. This position entails budgetary responsibilities for the assigned projects and focuses on cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and Enel's clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all operational regulations for assigned assets.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols across all assets in the designated region.
  • Coordinate the execution of plant activities as directed by planners through scheduled work orders.
  • Manage budget and scheduling responsibilities for projects within the assigned area, including operational and capital expenditures.
  • Monitor site performance utilizing SCADA, CMR, Network Management, Remote Desktop, and SAP.
  • Utilize SAP effectively as our enterprise management system to oversee assigned assets.

Who You Are:

You possess a strong initiative and a drive for excellence and continuous improvement. You are adaptable to varying work hours as necessary and have the capability to review legal documents and agreements. The role requires approximately 50% travel, both domestically and internationally.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years in operations, maintenance, or construction, or a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience; a background in solar or renewable energy is preferred.
  • Military experience may substitute for years of experience.
  • CMRP certification is required within the first year of employment.
  • NFPA 70 E training is essential.
  • Familiarity with IT tools such as SAP, SAP PM, and Power BI is advantageous.
  • Must meet the physical demands of the role, including climbing and conducting thorough site inspections.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
