Position Summary:
The Electrical Field Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards. This position is essential for maintaining project schedules and supporting craft supervisors in delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report on construction activities to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
  • Assist subcontractors in troubleshooting issues related to project specifications, safety, and quality.
  • Evaluate discipline construction productivity and report findings to management.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to facilitate effective planning and execution of tasks.
  • Develop and maintain a 3 Week Look Ahead Schedule to optimize workflow.
  • Ensure all necessary resources are available on-site to support project activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive site records and daily logs.
  • Review subcontractor documentation, including timesheets and progress reports.
  • Foster positive relationships with subcontractors to enhance collaboration.
  • Support the Construction Engineer in addressing Contractor Information Requests.
  • Administer work packages and oversee equipment installations.
  • Identify potential issues and communicate them to management for resolution.
  • Provide guidance and training to direct reports while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a degree in Engineering or Construction Management being advantageous.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in construction field leadership on similar projects is required. A valid Driver's License is necessary.

Certifications:
OSHA 10 certification is preferred.

Work Environment:
This role involves working in a typical construction site environment, which may require physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items up to 50 pounds. Candidates should be prepared to navigate confined and uneven spaces as part of their daily responsibilities.
