Site Operations Supervisor Position Overview:
Oversees the efforts of a work team involved in the installation of subsurface utilities, excavation for building foundations, and overall site leveling. Possesses a solid understanding of construction plans and schematic diagrams to ensure work is executed according to specifications.

Qualifications for Site Operations Supervisor:
High school diploma or equivalent, along with specialized training that meets or exceeds a master craft designation.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in site operations or utility installation.

The working supervisor must be adept at adhering to precise standards of accuracy and making informed decisions based on measurable criteria.

Completion of company training programs and relevant experience is mandatory.
Demonstrates the leadership skills necessary to inspire, motivate, and guide the work of team members.
Physically, the working supervisor should be capable of performing manual tasks, lifting and transporting items weighing up to 100 pounds, maintaining good vision (either naturally or with correction), and being able to stand, stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
OSHA 10 Construction Certification is required, or the ability to obtain it during the pre-employment phase (company-provided online training).
Must acquire and uphold a DOT medical certification.
