Position Overview

CSafe Global is in search of a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to enhance our esteemed global customer service division. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional support to our commercial team, ensuring efficient handling of product inquiries and order processing.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing incoming orders and addressing logistical needs, reporting directly to the Regional Service Delivery Manager. CSafe is dedicated to delivering a comprehensive suite of thermal shipping solutions tailored for the pharmaceutical cold chain, ensuring that patients worldwide receive essential medications and treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and process purchase orders and leases across the full spectrum of CSafe's products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries utilizing extensive product knowledge and internal resources.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
  • Take ownership of resolving assigned complaints and incidents, engaging all relevant internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicator (K.P.I) targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to align skills with job requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required; BS/BA degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, ideally in a leasing or technical environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in IT skills, particularly with system management and Office 365 applications; experience with Sage X3 is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting.
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
