Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the processing of purchase orders and leases across the full spectrum of CSafe's products and services.
  • Address incoming customer inquiries by leveraging your comprehensive product knowledge and utilizing relevant internal resources.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure inquiries, orders, and lease requests are managed effectively, providing a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of resolving assigned complaints and incidents, ensuring all necessary internal teams are involved.
  • Meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicator (K.P.I) targets through personal performance.
  • Participate in training sessions to maintain skills aligned with job requirements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma; a BS/BA degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of customer service experience, ideally within a leasing or technical environment.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in IT skills for system management and Office 365 applications; experience with Sage X3 is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and foster excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers in a dynamic environment.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking and reasoning capabilities are essential.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness are required.
  • Ability to establish and adhere to schedules.
