We are seeking a Full-time Client Support Supervisor (Qualified Professional) responsible for the development and coordination of Care Plans for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. Compensation: This is a salaried position with an annual salary of $48,500.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Community Outreach staff in the delivery of support services to clients.
- Manage daily operations and ensure effective service delivery.
- Complete all necessary documentation promptly.
- Implement and review clients' Care Plans.
- Plan and manage work schedules, including payroll approvals.
- Provide individual supervision as required.
- Participate in on-call services for emergencies.
- Must have access to a vehicle at all times and be prepared to travel within designated counties.
