We are seeking a Full-time Client Support Supervisor (Qualified Professional) responsible for the development and coordination of Care Plans for individuals with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities. This role involves engaging with individuals and their families to address their needs and concerns. Collaboration with community partners and staff from various InReach departments is essential.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM); hours may vary based on client needs, and availability for nights, weekends, and on-call duties may be required.

Compensation: This is a salaried position with an annual salary of $48,500.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Community Outreach staff in the delivery of support services to clients.
  • Manage daily operations and ensure effective service delivery.
  • Complete all necessary documentation promptly.
  • Implement and review clients' Care Plans.
  • Plan and manage work schedules, including payroll approvals.
  • Provide individual supervision as required.
  • Participate in on-call services for emergencies.
  • Must have access to a vehicle at all times and be prepared to travel within designated counties.
Qualifications: A four-year degree in a human services discipline is required; a minimum of two years of supervisory experience with the IDD population is essential; 1-2 years of management experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are necessary, along with a safe driving record.
