Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
- Address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Greet, check-in, and check-out guests, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
- Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and respond to guest inquiries about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information
- Proven experience in handling telephone calls and resolving stressful situations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
- At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel front desk agent or similar role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
