Hotel Front Desk Agent Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled and professional hotel front desk agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences at our hotel. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing their information, and ensuring their stay with us is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are ready for new guests
  • Address customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Greet, check-in, and check-out guests, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information
  • Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and respond to guest inquiries about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest account information
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in handling telephone calls and resolving stressful situations
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
  • At least one year of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably as a hotel front desk agent or similar role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
