Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at The Hilton Garden Inn Chelsea. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.
Responsibilities:- Greet guests warmly and efficiently, using a positive and clear speaking voice.
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including checking in and out, and handling room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Operate the hotel's computer system to manage guest information, room assignments, and other relevant data.
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, while maintaining accurate records and balancing the house bank.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, as well as promote HEI Hotels and Resorts' brand marketing programs.
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences and efficient hotel operations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and ability to operate a computer system.
