About the Role

Golin is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Marketing Manager to join our team in a temporary capacity. As a Freelance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies across various industries and brand programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Influencer Strategies: Create and implement influencer marketing plans that align with client objectives and goals.
  • Recommend Influencer Approaches: Identify and recommend the optimal influencer approach for each client program.
  • Identify and Vett Influencers: Regularly identify and vet new and up-and-coming influencers for current and future programs.
  • Build Relationships with Influencers: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with online influencers to deliver high-quality content and engagement.
  • Share Best Practices: Help champion and share influencer marketing best practices with colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and 3+ years of related experience with conceptual thinking and writing skills.
  • Thrives in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure.
  • Passion for Digital Marketing: Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing and social media platforms and tools.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Influencer Networks: Experience working with influencer networks, individual influencers, and influencer identification, management, and measurement tools.
  • Experience with Paid Social and Digital Campaigns: Experience creating and executing paid social and digital campaigns across social channels such as TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
