Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives. This role is crucial for managing influencer relationships and enhancing our brand's presence in the digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and manage incoming influencer applications through our intake system.
  • Accurately classify and input data into our internal management software.
  • Oversee logistics for product distribution, including inventory management and sample coordination.
  • Facilitate communication across various channels for new influencers.
  • Identify and create gifting opportunities with both existing and potential influencers.
  • Gather and verify influencer contact information for our records.
  • Research and onboard new influencers into our database.
  • Assist in organizing local events, including setup and logistics.
  • Coordinate various influencer seeding campaigns.

Overall Duties:

  • Contribute to the development of our influencer strategy through regular updates and participation in team discussions.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for enhancing our social media strategy.
  • Support the tracking and coordination of influencer seeding efforts.
  • Assist with the management of our digital asset management system, ensuring proper usage and rights tracking.
  • Help prepare for on-site shoots and events, providing support to influencers as needed.
  • Engage in competitor analysis to refine our influencer marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with influencers to produce engaging content that aligns with our brand values.
  • Develop strategic content plans for influencer campaigns based on insights from marketing tools.
  • Ensure content strategies are in line with our brand ethos, utilizing data to enhance campaign performance.
  • Review and enhance influencer gifting initiatives, tailoring packages to resonate with target demographics.
  • Conduct thorough research to discover emerging influencers who align with our brand.
  • Create comprehensive gifting and seeding lists that align with campaign objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships through thoughtful gifting strategies.
  • Manage inventory with our logistics partner for influencer campaigns, ensuring accurate stock records.
  • Gain a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate with influencers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant content strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
  • Design engaging presentations for influencer campaigns that adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Transform data insights into clear visual narratives for stakeholders.
