Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating incoming influencers through our new intake process via social media channels.
  • Accurately classifying and entering data into our internal systems.
  • Overseeing third-party logistics for inventory management, including coordinating samples and stock levels.
  • Facilitating communication across Slack channels for all new influencers.
  • Identifying gifting opportunities with both existing and new influencers, and creating a structured calendar for these initiatives.

Overall Duties:

In this role, you will:

  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of influencer seeding efforts.
  • Support video content management, including auditing and tracking usage rights.
