Key Responsibilities:

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating incoming influencers through our new intake process via social media channels.
  • Accurately classifying and entering data into our internal systems.
  • Overseeing third-party logistics for inventory management, including coordinating samples and stock levels.
  • Facilitating communication across Slack channels for all new influencers.
  • Identifying gifting opportunities with both existing and new influencers, and creating a structured calendar for these initiatives.
  • Collecting and verifying influencer addresses for accurate record-keeping.

  • Assisting with local event coordination, including setup and logistics.
  • Managing various seeding campaign programs.

Overall Duties:

In this role, you will:

  • Contribute to the social influencer strategy through regular updates and active participation in team discussions.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for enhancing our social media strategy.
  • Assist in the coordination and tracking of influencer seeding efforts.
  • Support video content management, including auditing and tracking usage rights.
  • Prepare for on-site shoots and events, providing support to influencers as needed.

  • Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand values.
  • Help create strategic content plans for influencer marketing campaigns based on insights from our marketing tools.

  • Manage inventory organization with our logistics partner for influencer-related activities.
