Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Part-time Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives in the Downtown Dallas area. This role is a temporary contract position offering competitive hourly compensation and requires full onsite presence.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Evaluating incoming influencers through our new intake process via social media channels.
- Accurately classifying and entering data into our internal systems.
- Overseeing third-party logistics for inventory management, including coordinating samples and stock levels.
- Facilitating communication across Slack channels for all new influencers.
- Identifying gifting opportunities with both existing and new influencers, and creating a structured calendar for these initiatives.
- Collecting and verifying influencer addresses for accurate record-keeping.
- Researching and onboarding new influencers into our database.
- Assisting with local event coordination, including setup and logistics.
- Managing various seeding campaign programs.
Overall Duties:
In this role, you will:
- Contribute to the social influencer strategy through regular updates and active participation in team discussions.
- Analyze the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for enhancing our social media strategy.
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of influencer seeding efforts.
- Support video content management, including auditing and tracking usage rights.
- Prepare for on-site shoots and events, providing support to influencers as needed.
- Engage in competitor analysis to help evolve our influencer program.
- Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that aligns with our brand values.
- Help create strategic content plans for influencer marketing campaigns based on insights from our marketing tools.

- Review influencer gifting initiatives and develop personalized packages targeting diverse demographics.
- Conduct thorough research to discover rising influencers within key demographics.
- Compile comprehensive gifting and seeding lists aligned with campaign objectives.
- Build meaningful relationships through strategic gifting initiatives.
- Manage inventory organization with our logistics partner for influencer-related activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate with influencers.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend relevant content ideas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing efforts.
- Create visually appealing presentations for influencer marketing campaigns.
