Position Overview:

We are seeking a Celebrity and Influencer Manager to join our dynamic team. This role can be based in either our Dallas or Chicago office and offers a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will possess a natural curiosity and a passion for the entertainment industry, with the ability to identify emerging trends and influential figures across various sectors to benefit our clients.

Your expertise will encompass talent, sports, music, and influencer relations, involving contract negotiations, client engagement, analytical thinking, and a deep understanding of the entertainment landscape.

You will have the insight to determine when to collaborate with high-profile celebrities or discover rising stars ready to make their mark.

Above all, you will excel at converting your enthusiasm and organizational capabilities into swift, effective, and compelling agreements for leading global brands.

In this role, you will facilitate the comprehensive execution of prominent paid influencer and ambassador campaigns. A meticulous eye for detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting, and flexibility in your work approach are essential.

As part of the Celebrity and Influencer team, collaboration and teamwork are vital to our success.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and propose talent options (including pricing) for notable actors, musicians, athletes, and digital influencers to align with client marketing goals.
  • Draft and negotiate talent contracts in coordination with team members, talent representatives, legal advisors, and clients.
  • Maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including talent agents, managers, and publicists.
  • Demonstrate a strong passion for entertainment and pop culture, along with a comprehensive understanding of the celebrity, sports, and music industries.
  • Stay informed about industry news and trends to ensure we remain at the forefront of the entertainment sector.
  • Coordinate and manage various detail-oriented talent requirements while prioritizing and handling a high volume of work.
  • Inspire and mobilize both internal and external teams to realize client objectives, fostering collaboration, communication, trust, efficiency, and quality.
  • Assist team members, including senior leadership, with reporting, finance, vendor setup, presentation creation, and other organizational tasks.
  • Engage with project leads and other key stakeholders to develop and maintain project timelines, status updates, and budget tracking.
  • Oversee and track payments, including necessary documentation (talent, SAG, vendors, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required.
  • Train and eventually manage other team members.

Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in an agency setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a strong grasp of social media and influencer marketing.
  • A dedicated work ethic with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time, within budget, and aligned with brand objectives.
  • A genuine passion for and familiarity with the entertainment and sports sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media, including best practices for content creation and platform management.
  • An outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Capability to work independently while supporting established structures and being receptive to guidance.
  • Aptitude for identifying potential project risks and developing contingency strategies.
  • Proactive approach in critical situations, with adaptability to shift priorities as needed.
  • A resilient, proactive attitude with a positive outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
