About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our Inside Sales Team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Utilize a defined sales process to prospect and qualify customers, assess their needs, and position our solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Requirements
  • 2+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other sales tools
