Job Description

FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely communication with patients and physicians.
  • Administrative Support: Gather new patient data, track referrals, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between patients and physicians, disseminate information, and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Financial Management: Collect payments, verify insurance, and manage billing processes.
  • Mail and Document Management: Collect, sort, and distribute mail, as well as maintain accurate logs of reports and correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Ethic: Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
