- Collaborate with the healthcare team to achieve set goals and performance indicators, driving business growth and success.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, caregivers, and providers, building strong relationships and trust.
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accountability for assigned drawer, ensuring financial accuracy and integrity.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, ensuring a smooth transition of duties and responsibilities.
- Utilize computer systems and programs to facilitate daily operations, including patient communication, refill orders, and home deliveries.
- Assist with incoming orders, shipments, and deliveries of supplies, maintaining a well-stocked and organized inventory.
- Attend staff meetings and continuing education sessions, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Work with our eCommerce platform to review and approve online orders and patient accounts, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- A high school diploma and 1-3 years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency with MS Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities, managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- At least 21 years of age, as required by law, and ability to pass a background check and drug test.
