Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and prepare patients, ensuring smooth patient flow Accurately update patient medical records with timely documentation Handle phone triage and respond appropriately under provider guidance Exhibit technical proficiency when administering treatments and procedures as per physician's directives Educate patients and provide personal care to address both physiological and psychological needs Process prescription refills following clinic protocols under provider supervision Maintain positive interpersonal relationships with fellow staff, management, and providers Follow directions and take initiative to support cross-functional duties for seamless patient care Adhere to safety protocols in compliance with OSHA and state health regulations

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent GED Preferred 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant Certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA) is preferred but not mandatory Experience in a medical assistant role is preferred but not required Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required
