Job Title: Account Executive Digital Media Sales

Overview:

Salem Media Group is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive for Digital Media Sales. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling and managing our multi-media marketing solutions, including radio, digital, and event sales, to local small and medium-sized businesses.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for local and regional businesses, identifying decision-makers and creating compelling advertising presentations that address client objectives.
  • Stay current on local digital marketing trends and opportunities, researching and analyzing client needs to develop strategic marketing proposals.
  • Accurately project revenues, meet and exceed monthly budgets for all product lines, and exceed annual budgets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in both on-air and online media.
  • Knowledge of digital products and their positioning in the marketplace.
  • Ability to understand categories of businesses to prospect in and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present multi-varied solutions to groups of people.
  • Proven ability to work with a diverse group of clients and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
