Job Summary

The Route Sales Representative is responsible for meeting customer needs through up-selling and cross-selling, while providing superior customer service and managing all route responsibilities. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell services to existing customers
  • Actively participate in promotions and contests, training, and audits
  • Follow company policies and procedures regarding customer service and route management
  • Ensure customer loyalty and retention through proactive communication and issue resolution
  • Safely operate a delivery vehicle and maintain vehicle cleanliness and inspections
  • Handle and process customer payments and maintain accurate route paperwork
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and CDL when applicable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school graduation or similar experience
