Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Risk and Audit.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on technical experience in at least two of the following IAM functions: provisioning, deprovisioning, access certification, privileged access management, authentication and authorization, single sign-on, and role-based access control.

2. 1-2 years of experience in Audit or Risk Management roles.

3. Fundamental understanding of IAM services provided by major cloud service platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

4. Demonstrated ability to solve problems logically and in an organized manner.

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

6. Ability to comprehend technical aspects while effectively documenting assessments and analyses.

7. Strategic thinker capable of evaluating risks, efficiencies, and costs with a big-picture perspective.

8. Process-oriented mindset with the ability to convey narratives through data.

9. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the Financial Services sector.

2. Familiarity with KPI/KRI metrics and reporting.

3. Previous experience with application integrations involving authentication and authorization services such as SAML, SSO, and MFA.

4. Prior exposure to tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, Ping, or Delinea.

5. Experience in Active Directory administration, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and Group Policy Management.

6. Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) or Privileged Identity Management (PIM) concepts and processes.
