Position Overview
In collaboration with Cybersecurity leadership, the Lead Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer is responsible for defining, establishing, and overseeing identity management processes throughout the organization.

This role involves managing access to various systems and applications while strictly adhering to security, engineering, and governance standards. The IAM Engineer will lead a team of IAM professionals and work closely with IT, cybersecurity, business units, and external partners to manage provisioning, governance, Single Sign-On (SSO), directory services, technical integrations, and behavioral analytics.

Key Responsibilities
1. Implement and Configure Global Identity Solutions: Oversee the management of SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), privileged account management, automation, and behavioral analytics systems.
2. Enhance Automation and Provisioning: Optimize the end-user experience by refining automation processes and provisioning configurations based on best practices.
3. Document Access Workflows: Maintain thorough documentation of identity solutions for audit purposes, ensuring compliance and integrity.
4. Collaborate with Security Leadership: Partner with security teams and stakeholders to assess and implement access models that align with the organization's risk management strategy.

Team Leadership
Lead a team of IAM engineers to resolve identity and access management issues affecting both employees and external partners, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal disruption.

Risk Assessment:
Evaluate the business impact and risk exposure related to access levels granted, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.

Incident Response Support:
Work alongside incident response teams during potential security incidents, escalating issues to management as necessary for quick resolution.

Additional Responsibilities:
Adapt to evolving organizational needs by taking on other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
8-10 years of relevant experience in Identity and Access Management.

1. Identity and Access Management: Proficient understanding of IAM principles, application integration, and lifecycle management.
2. Security Concepts: Familiarity with network security principles, password management best practices, and access control mechanisms.
3. Microsoft Technologies: Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft products, including Windows Server and Active Directory.
4. Automation Skills: Experience in automating tasks using PowerShell or similar scripting languages to enhance efficiency.

Problem-Solving and Communication:
Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues related to identity and access management systems, coupled with effective communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
