Job Overview

Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is a leading provider of staffing and consulting services, partnering with top clients in the private and public sectors. We are currently working with a prominent client in Georgia to identify a highly skilled Risk Manager.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management program to mitigate potential threats to patients, visitors, and employees. This will involve collaborating with external legal counsel to address legal matters affecting the hospital and its affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a proactive risk management program to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Collaborate with external legal counsel to address legal matters affecting the hospital and its affiliated entities
  • Respond to inquiries and complaints from patients, internal and external customers, and regulatory agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective risk management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in risk management or a related field
  • Certifications: CPHRM (Certified Professional in Health Care Risk Management) within 2 years of hire
  • Paralegal certification is preferred
