  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives within designated budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business administration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of related experience with progressive management experience. Possession of graphic design experience and Salesforce knowledge is preferred. The candidate must be able to think creatively, multi-task, and work independently and cooperatively as a team member. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required. The ability to work with minimal supervision and create on a short deadline is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Adherence to health and safety regulations is also required.
