Marketing Manager Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at Multicoat. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, and product development programs to drive business growth and achieve corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans, and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives.
  • Manage sales and marketing operating budgets and oversee sales advertising and promotion activities.
  • Develop and recommend product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies to maximize market share.
  • Guide the preparation of sales and marketing activity reports and present to executive management.
  • Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Assist and direct sales training and performance evaluations to develop new sales personnel.
  • Direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution.
  • Represent the company at trade association meetings to promote products.
  • Meet with key clients to maintain relationships and negotiate deals.
  • Serve as a liaison between the sales force and Marketing department.
  • Prepare periodic sales reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes, and plans to determine effectiveness.
  • Responsible for the initial planning, implementation, and running of the company's annual sales meetings.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing results and take corrective action to guarantee achievement of marketing objectives within designated budgets.
  • Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Monitor competitor products, sales, and marketing activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales, marketing, and business administration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of related experience with progressive management experience. Possession of graphic design experience and Salesforce knowledge is preferred. The candidate must be able to think creatively, multi-task, and work independently and cooperatively as a team member. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is required. The ability to work with minimal supervision and create on a short deadline is essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Adherence to health and safety regulations is also required.
