Job Description

This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills to answer phone calls, register new patients, schedule appointments, and record minutes for meetings. The successful candidate will also act as the CFO's administrative assistant, helping to facilitate meetings, organize materials, and communicate effectively.

Other responsibilities include utilizing the Care Message platform to increase patient communication, running relevant reports, creating outgoing patient messages, and providing support to the front desk staff in the BMC Clinic.

The estimated salary for this position is between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
