About the Role:

  • Provide alternative meal options based on dietary needs and preferences.
  • Evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, delivery, and retrieval processes.
  • Resolve patient concerns promptly and report incidents to management as necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with all food service-related activities, including meal assembly, delivery, and quality control.
  • Supervise team members to ensure effective operation of the department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
