**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families, fostering a positive experience throughout their stay.
  • Collaborate with referring providers and practices to coordinate patient schedules and workflows.
  • Obtain required authorizations and reconcile payments to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Support administrative tasks, including message recording, call triage, and emergency services coordination.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize in challenging situations.
