Patient Transporter and Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Transporter and Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Mass General Brigham. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of patients throughout our hospital facilities.
Job SummaryThe Patient Transporter and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for managing patient transports, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This individual will work closely with our healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Transport patients safely and efficiently using stretchers, beds, or wheelchairs
- Coordinate logistics and schedules with various hospital departments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in ongoing training and education to improve skills and knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 50-80 pounds as needed
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software
This full-time position offers an estimated annual salary of $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
