Job Summary

As a key member of our Behavioral Health Department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and families.
  • Manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, typing, word processing, spreadsheets, copying, and filing.
  • Provide secretarial support to the Site Manager and other staff members as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
