Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience for our patients and families.
- Manage incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, typing, word processing, spreadsheets, copying, and filing.
- Provide secretarial support to the Site Manager and other staff members as needed.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Bilingual English/Spanish required.
