Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Training Content: Design and deliver training programs for Design Consultants and Sales Leaders to ensure uniform application and success across all retail markets.
- Design and Implement Sales Training Modules: Create remote and on-site training modules for the network, covering soft selling skills, financial skills, product knowledge, and installation expertise.
- Collaborate with Sales Council: Work with the sales council to develop and update the RBA Sales Methodology and supporting materials for retailers to train in the field.
- Develop Sales Training Aids: Collaborate with Sales Operations Specialist to create sales training aids, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet the needs of the network's Design Consultants.
- Facilitate Advanced Sales Classes: Assist in developing and facilitating network advanced sales classes and new sales manager leadership classes.
- Partner with Product Experts: Work with product knowledge experts to develop and deliver product knowledge and installation training to increase the effectiveness of Design Consultants.
- Education: Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Sales Training Experience: Proven experience in sales training and development, sales management, and training facilitation.
- Travel Requirement: 25-35% travel requirement, depending on the home location of the National Sales Training Manager.
- Valid Driver's License: Valid driver's license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record.
- Additional Requirements: Two or more years of in-home sales experience, training development and facilitation experience, excellent written and verbal communication skills, planning and goal-setting skills, financial knowledge, decision-making skills, customer orientation, training and coaching skills, results orientation, and computer skills in MS Word and Outlook.
