Job Description

Lumbermen's is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Professional to join our Minneapolis/St Paul team. As the face of our Door Division, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships, actively listening to customers and prospects needs, and promoting our line of exceptional products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Actively listening to customers and prospects needs
  • Obtaining and growing a personal knowledge of our door product offerings
  • Offering exceptional customer/vendor support and timely service
  • Evaluating, motivating, and training both new and existing customers
  • Understanding and executing the annual sales plan
  • Developing and executing annual and monthly sales objectives in accordance with the business plan of Lumbermen's
  • Performing analysis of your market and territory needs
  • Communicating clearly with your internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • 5 years' prior outside sales experience
  • Entry door and/or building materials industry experience strongly desired
