Job Title: Sales Operations Administrator II

About the Role

This is a critical role that will provide sales operational support, working cross-functionally to develop tools, enhance CRM design and adoption, coordinate sales/marketing initiatives, and provide overall general sales support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business, administration, or marketing, with 3-5 years of professional experience in a sales or related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate sales processes, pipeline management, budgeting, and assist with annual retail planning
  • Review and identify opportunities for existing sales processes
  • Lead the development of reporting tools and templates
  • Plan and execute sales training webinars, sales conferences, communications
  • Assist regional manager with making informed, data-driven decisions to effectively administer sales programs
  • Coordinate on-boarding/off-boarding, data reconciliation
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in sales, business, administration, marketing, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years professional experience in a sales or related field (operations and/or marketing)
  • Proficient in MS Office suite tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
