Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Acara Solutions, a leading provider of renewable power solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Cottage Grove, WI.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in retail manufacturing and distribution to manage and expand existing business relationships, drive new client acquisition, and increase overall sales volume and contribution margins within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and expand existing business relationships with key customers
  • Drive new client acquisition through targeted sales efforts
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase overall sales volume and contribution margins
  • Maintain and grow current customer accounts

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in retail manufacturing and distribution
  • Motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
