Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Engineer to join our team at Lumenis. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring the smooth operation of our medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform on-site installation, servicing, and repair of complex laser and light-based medical equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our systems.
- Act as a liaison between customers and our company, addressing administrative and technical matters.
- Work independently to resolve complex technical issues, exercising judgment and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in electronic system troubleshooting, with a strong background in analog and digital electronic circuitry.
- Experience with lasers and optics is a plus.
- AS/BS degree in electronics or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers.
