Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and Greeting Patients: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and their families, ensuring a positive first impression of our clinic.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including collecting co-pays, completing insurance information, and performing other duties as assigned.
- Communication and Customer Service: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
- Skills: Excellent phone skills, strong computer keyboarding skills, and experience with Epic preferred.
Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly compensation minimum is $17.60, dependent on qualifications and professional experience.
- Total Rewards Program: Eligibility for benefits is dependent on factors such as position type and FTE. Benefit-eligible employees qualify for benefits beginning on the first of the month following one month of employment.
