Job Title: Patient Service Representative

Vancouver Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced medical environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet patients and their families, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Collect co-pays, obtain and complete insurance information, and answer phones in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments, referrals, and other duties as assigned.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, providing support and assistance to colleagues as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.
  • Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.
  • Strong computer keyboarding skills required.
