**Job Summary**

As a Patient Care Representative at LifePoint Health, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include performing basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by a registered nurse, such as monitoring vital signs, taking blood glucose measurements, and recording intake and output. You will also assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation. Additionally, you will help maintain patient rooms and common areas, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and orderly.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Perform basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN
• Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living
