Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team at the Michelle Humes Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition and identify new business opportunities.

Sales Team Development

Provide coaching, training, and guidance to sales team members to help them achieve their sales targets.

Sales Strategy and Planning

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them succeed.

Requirements
  • Proven Sales Management Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Sales Strategy and Planning

Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, including market research, sales forecasting, and sales performance analysis.

Leadership and Team Management

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of sales professionals, including coaching, training, and performance management.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
