Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise and lead a team of staff members, including kitchen supervisors, behavioral health technicians, and client care coordinators.
  • Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet client needs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall facility performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to substance use disorder and mental health treatment facilities, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
