Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise and lead a team of staff members, including kitchen supervisors, behavioral health technicians, and client care coordinators.
- Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet client needs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall facility performance.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to substance use disorder and mental health treatment facilities, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including vehicles and equipment.
