As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Supervision: Directly supervise and lead a team of staff members, including kitchen supervisors, behavioral health technicians, and client care coordinators.
  • Operational Strategy: Develop and execute operational strategies to meet client needs, improve efficiency, and enhance overall facility performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to substance use disorder and mental health treatment facilities, and identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the facility, including vehicles and equipment.
  • Client Support: Collaborate with the clinical team to provide client support and ensure a smooth admissions process.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Three years of experience in operations management.
