Clinical Operations Nurse Leader - Case Management

Full-Time

The Clinical Operations Nurse Leader for the Case Management division will undertake the following key responsibilities:

  • This role necessitates expertise in Resource Management, addressing both under and over-utilization, discharge planning, and compliance with Medicare and governmental payer regulations. The leader will support the organization by ensuring efficient utilization review and discharge planning services for all patients as required. Compliance with standards set by the Joint Commission, Local FI, and CMS is essential. Additionally, this position will oversee and manage the Utilization Management functions and personnel.
  • Ensuring adherence to standards set by the Joint Commission, Local FI, and CMS is a critical responsibility.
  • Effective and adaptable utilization of staff within established staffing guidelines, considering staff competency and patient acuity, will be a priority.
  • Evaluating staff performance and work-related behaviors in accordance with policies, while gathering feedback from relevant personnel and utilizing effective coaching methods to enhance employee performance.
  • Management of the Revenue Integrity Department and its personnel will be part of the role.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in future planning through annual budget preparation and monitoring monthly reports to ensure departmental adherence to budgetary constraints.

Full-Time

Candidates for the Clinical Operations Nurse Leader position must fulfill the following minimum qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (2 years) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (4 years) or Master's Degree in Social Work.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Acute-Care Case Management or Social Work.
  • At least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Compensation: Minimum: $38.52/hr ($80,121.60 annually)
Mid: $48.15/hr ($100,152 annually)
Maximum: $57.77/hr ($120,161.60 annually)
