Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Testing Coordinator to oversee the operations of our assessment services. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the integrity and efficiency of testing processes while shaping the future of certification examinations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the assessment center, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to standards.
  • Stay updated on best practices and regulations in educational testing to maintain compliance.
  • Act as a resource for students and staff regarding testing information and services.
  • Track and analyze testing data to inform departmental strategies and improvements.
  • Supervise and mentor testing assistants, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and maintain testing schedules that meet the needs of the campus community.
  • Coordinate the procurement of necessary supplies and resources for testing services.
  • Be flexible in working hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate testing needs.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least three years of experience in customer service and standardized testing environments.
  • Certification as an Institutional Testing Administrator (ITA) for various exams.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with testing technologies and accreditation standards.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves light physical exertion, including the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and engage in walking or standing for extended periods.
