The Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the goal of providing best-in-class security and life safety services at Harvard Protection Services, LLC.
This position will work closely with the Director, Administrative Services, to drive current projects and new company initiatives, advancing projects tied to company growth, business continuity, technology platforms, and creating or updating site post-specific instructions.
The Administrative Coordinator will provide necessary support for the Operations and Payroll Coordinators, ensuring quality services are provided to meet customer expectations and contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure quality services are provided to meet customer expectations and contract requirements by working with management leaders in the field.
- Partner with Payroll and Operations Coordinators to provide functional support and develop process expertise to cover absence.
- Work with field technology, develop expertise in usage, and provide support to field management in use.
- Collect and process weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting requirements, ensuring detail-oriented sharing and archiving of confidential company documents.
- Assist in development and update of field post-order documents for management review and archiving as appropriate on a secure server.
- Provide timely and appropriate written communications to multiple levels on long- and short-term project needs.
- Facilitate necessary connections between all company inter-dependent departments and frontline staff.
- Candidates should possess some of the following verifiable experience: advanced education degree, 2-5 years in a business work environment, reliable means of communication and transportation, strong interpersonal communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced customer service environment, excellent time management skills, and ability to prioritize and problem solve.
- Excellent computer skills, including all Microsoft Office applications, and a confidence and comfort level learning and utilizing new technologies.
Harvard Protection Services, LLC offers a competitive hourly pay rate of $50,000 to $65,000, with health and welfare, dental, vision, sick leave, vacation, and 401K enrollment benefit opportunities.
