**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team at the University of Virginia. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a professional demeanor.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in office management, including supporting executive-level leadership, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The ability to multitask and handle immediate turnaround requirements in a high-paced environment is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate and manage special projects and events, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience in administrative functions.
  • Significant experience in office management, including supporting executive-level leadership.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask and handle immediate turnaround requirements in a high-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in adopting new technology and tools for effective work.
