About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Leasing and Administrative Assistant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with others, has strong communication skills, and is looking for a challenging and rewarding career in Property Management.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our leasing team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records. They will also be required to tour apartment homes, sell/lease apartment inventory, and assist with completion of required application and lease paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential renters
  • Tour apartment homes and showcase our community's amenities
  • Sell/lease apartment inventory and meet sales targets
  • Assist with completion of required application and lease paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in related field preferred
  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support or property management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is $40,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. We offer a competitive compensation package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
