Position Overview:
We are in search of a strategic and innovative Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role is essential for harmonizing sales and marketing strategies with our go-to-market (GTM) technology initiatives, focusing on both SMB/Commercial New Business and Expansion Sales. The successful candidate will optimize all revenue-generating functions to enhance growth and operational efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the formulation and execution of revenue operations strategies to align with the company's business goals. Establish and uphold scalable processes that promote best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Engage closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to synchronize strategies and refine the revenue pipeline, ensuring seamless integration and operational coherence across all GTM activities.

Technology Management:
Supervise the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies that bolster sales and marketing effectiveness. Guarantee that tools and systems are fully utilized to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

Performance Analysis:
Continuously monitor and evaluate performance against revenue targets. Generate insights and provide recommendations to refine processes, boost efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Team Development:
Guide a high-performing revenue operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure that all revenue operations adhere to legal and ethical standards. Develop and maintain controls and procedures that reflect company values and promote fair and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Comprehensive understanding of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and other marketing technologies. Exceptional leadership skills with the capacity to drive strategic visions and operational excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Information:
The annual base salary range for this position is $184,200 — $299,300 USD, with compensation determined by various factors including location, experience, and job-related skills. Bonus and equity options may be available.
