Key Responsibilities
  • Revenue Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement a centralized and standardized view of the end-to-end revenue funnel, enabling Pilot to set targets, identify risks and opportunities, and streamline execution.
  • Sales Forecasting: Own the weekly sales forecast of the GTM business and partner closely with Finance on GTM planning processes.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform key stakeholders and drive business decisions.
  • Commission Payments: Own the calculation and execution of commission payments.
  • GTM Infrastructure: Develop and implement a strategy for the tools, processes, and people that make up GTM infrastructure.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop current RevOps individual contributors.
About You
  • Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead and scale Sales/Revenue Operations of significant scope through growth periods.
  • Industry Expertise: 8+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in consulting, business operations, RevOps, or SalesOps.
  • People Management: 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Technical Skills: Excellent Salesforce reporting and field automation creation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate ambiguous problems into actionable insights using data.
  • Data Analysis: Strong capabilities in data analysis and modeling expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience scaling SaaS companies is strongly preferred.
