Position Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Director of Revenue Operations. This pivotal role focuses on aligning sales and marketing initiatives with our go-to-market (GTM) technology strategies, specifically targeting SMB/Commercial New Business and Expansion Sales. The successful candidate will optimize all revenue-generating processes to enhance growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Lead the development and execution of revenue operations strategies that align with the company’s objectives. Establish scalable processes that promote best practices in funnel management and data-driven decision-making.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to synchronize strategies and maximize the revenue pipeline. Ensure operational alignment across all GTM activities.

Technology Management:
Manage the selection, implementation, and optimization of GTM technologies that boost sales and marketing performance. Ensure that tools and systems are effectively utilized to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.

Performance Analysis:
Continuously monitor and evaluate performance against revenue targets. Generate insights and provide recommendations to refine processes, improve efficiency, and drive revenue growth.

Team Development:
Guide and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure that all revenue operations adhere to legal and ethical standards. Develop and maintain controls and procedures that reflect company values and promote fair and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a comparable role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, operational management, and GTM technologies. Strong analytical capabilities and familiarity with CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and marketing technologies.

Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.

Additional Information:
The annual base salary range for this position is $184,200 — $299,300 USD, based on various factors including location, experience, and job-related skills. Bonus and equity options may be available.
